See us at work
A look at the team in action — full kit, careful rigging, clean cuts. Most of our work looks something like this.
Safely removing trees that pose a risk.
Dangerous leaners, dead trunks, storm-damaged trees, anything too close to the house or overhanging the pool. We assess the job, drop it in sections where needed, and leave your yard in better shape than we found it.
Fully insured, all waste chipped on-site — keep it as mulch or we take it away.
Shape, health, and safe growth.
Tailored pruning to maintain a tree’s shape and promote healthy growth. Crown lifting for clearance, thinning to let light through, deadwood removal, or formative pruning on younger trees — done by hand in the canopy, not from the ground with a pole-saw.
Gone for good. No regrowth.
Complete stump removal to prevent regrowth and improve the look of your yard. We grind 150–250mm below grade so you can turf, paver or replant over the top — no unsightly stump left in the middle of the garden.
Grindings left on-site for mulch, or we haul them off.
Fallen tree? Ring us first.
Same-week clean-up of storm damage — fallen limbs blocking the driveway, split trunks on the fence line, anything urgent. If it’s an insurance job, we’ll provide the documentation the assessor needs.
Keep it on-site, or we take it away.
All removal and pruning material is chipped on the day. Use it for your garden beds, paths and weed suppression, or we load it out with us — your call.
Frequently asked
It depends on the tree's size, location, access, and what needs to happen with the debris. Most jobs are quoted on-site within the week. For a quick ballpark, send a photo and a short description to 0459 854 466.
Yes — full public liability and contractor's insurance covering residential and commercial tree work. Happy to provide a copy of the certificate before any job starts.
Pruning is selective — branches removed where needed to manage shape, health, or risk, in line with the Australian Standard AS 4373. Traditional "lopping" (heavy topping or random cuts) is rarely the right call because it stresses the tree and triggers weak regrowth. When clients say "lopping" we usually mean a controlled reduction or removal — which is what we actually do.
Sometimes. Sunshine Coast Council has protections on certain species, heritage trees, and significant vegetation, particularly on rural-residential blocks. Tyson will tell you during the on-site quote whether your job needs a permit application.
Most quotes are scheduled and completed on-site within the same week. Storm and emergency assessments are faster — usually 24 to 48 hours.
Yes — stump grinding and full stump removal are both offered, quoted alongside the rest of the job or as a separate visit. We grind below grade so you can re-turf or replant straight away.
All material is chipped on-site the same day. You can keep the mulch for your garden, we can take it away, or split between the two — your call. Larger logs can be cut to firewood length on request.
Yes — same-week response for storm-damaged trees, trees on houses, fences or sheds, and anything blocking access. Call Tyson on 0459 854 466 and we will get there as fast as road conditions allow.
Eudlo, Palmwoods, Nambour, Mooloolah Valley, Mapleton, Montville, Maleny, Noosa, Kenilworth, Caboolture, and the wider Sunshine Coast hinterland. Not on the list? Give us a call — most jobs in the hinterland are within range.
Yes. Trees near structures or services are sectionally dismantled — each section roped down rather than dropped, with the ground crew managing every piece. For jobs near power lines we coordinate with the relevant authority before climbing.
Tyson is a second-generation arborist with formal arboriculture training and over a decade in the trade. The crew are trained climbers with current chainsaw, working-at-heights and first-aid tickets, plus the rigging hardware and PPE the job requires.
For straightforward jobs — single tree, easy access, clear photos — a ballpark over phone or text is usually fine. For anything bigger or with access constraints, an on-site visit gives you a fixed price and lets us spot anything that changes the plan.
